The plain terms for ordering, paying, delivery, and repairs.
These terms apply when you shop or book a repair with BEYNUN TECH. By placing an order or booking, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
You can order through our website or by messaging us directly. When you place an order, our team reviews and confirms it before we dispatch — so an order is accepted once we confirm it with you, not automatically. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we'll let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.
All prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but they can change, and occasional errors happen. Any promotion or discount applies as described at the time of your order.

We don't take card payments on this website, so please don't send card or password details to us.
We deliver across the Maldives. Delivery in our main service area is often same-day, and delivery is free on orders over MVR 100. Timing can vary with location, weather, and courier availability. Please give an accurate address and a reachable phone number so we can complete your delivery.
For repair bookings, we inspect your device and confirm the fault and price before starting any work. Most repairs are completed the same day using OEM-grade parts. Repairs are covered by our repair warranty. Please collect your device promptly once it's ready; uncollected devices are held for a reasonable period, after which storage may not be guaranteed.

We take care with every order and repair, but to the extent allowed by law our responsibility is limited to the value of the product or service you paid for. Please back up your data before handing in a device for repair.
