BEYNUN TECH respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you shop or book a repair with us, and how we look after it.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

  • Name — so we know who the order or repair belongs to.
  • Phone number — to confirm orders, send delivery or repair updates, and reach you if there's a question.
  • Email address — for order confirmations and support replies (where you provide one).
  • Delivery address — so we can get your order to you.
  • Order and repair details — the items or services you request and the notes you share.

We do not store card numbers on this website — payment is by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

How we use your information

  • To process, pack, and deliver your orders.
  • To carry out and update you on repair bookings.
  • To provide customer support and answer your questions.
  • To confirm every order before dispatch and prevent fraud or mistaken orders.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the partners we need to complete your order — for example a delivery rider — and only the details required to do that job. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and repair records for as long as needed to support your purchase, warranty, and normal business record-keeping, then remove or anonymise them.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working — for example remembering the items in your cart and keeping you signed in during a session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as the cart may not work properly if you do.
